409. Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for Health whether it is under his remit to reinstate items (details supplied) on the medical card; if not, the person or body that can do so; and if it requires legislation to include extra items onto the medical card. [15393/17]

The HSE has statutory responsibility for the administration of the community drug schemes. Therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
