Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government his plans to ensure that the constitutional rights of the visually impaired voters to vote are upheld in view of the High Court judgment on 30 March 2017 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is examining the 30 March 2017 judgment of the High Court in advance of the Order of the Court being made.
