133. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the amount provided under the capital plan for a scheme (details supplied); the amount spent to date; the number of homes completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18784/17]
View answerThe construction of the project referred to in the details supplied is now well advanced and will deliver 81 new social housing units, consisting of various sized houses and apartments, including some sheltered accommodation for older people and for people with a disability. To date, 2 units at the front of the site have been completed and are tenanted. The project budget is over €19m of which, to date, some €12m has been paid.
