Jackie Cahill

Question:

258. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if he will investigate the possibility of having the planning designation of a property, which was built with a planning designation of short-term holiday, changed to a full-time residence designation at the request of the owner and on the condition that the property fulfils all building regulations attached to a full-time residence designation with each property being decided on its own individual merits (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
