Officials in my Department have been in correspondence with the individual named on previous occasions, and have also met with him to discuss the issues he has raised. I have also recently written directly to the individual named in relation to his case and advised that officials from my Department are available to meet with him to further discuss the matters raised, should this be required.

An official of my Department has been in further contact with the individual concerned, with a view to arranging such a meeting if required.
