Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire asked the Minister for Health the steps which were taken regarding chapter 14 of the Comptroller and Auditor General's Report on the Accounts of the Public Services 2013 which identified significant instances of non compliance in relation to procurement regulations; and the steps his department has taken to rectify same [25824/17]
