Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if Tusla collects performance statistics on each local authority recording the length of time children are being housed in emergency accommodation, each household's access to an in-reach team that facilitates children's access to education and social services and the household's access to persons tasked with the improvement of child welfare; and, if not, the reason therefor.
