Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Education and Skills if he will accept an invitation from a school (details supplied) to visit the school in the near future; the likely timescale that will be involved before the visit takes place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI have indeed received an invitation to visit the school in question and congratulate their staff and students on their recent Yellow Flag award.
Deputy Hildegarde Naughton has also been in contact on the same issue and I have suggested that I will call into the school during my next official visit to Galway, which I hope to schedule as early as possible.
