View answerC.E.R.T. Limited was dissolved in 2003 upon the establishment of Fáilte Ireland (the National Tourism Development Authority) under the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003. The matters raised by the Deputy are operational matters for the board and management of Fáilte Ireland in line with its statutory functions. Accordingly, I have referred the Deputy's question to Fáilte Ireland for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
