46. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation further to Parliamentary Question No. 253 of 1 of June 2017 (details supplied), if the report is now finalised; the steps she will take and the timeframe regarding same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I received the report under section 955(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2014 from the Director of Corporate Enforcement on 23 June. I have sought advice from the Attorney General on the report.

Upon receipt of advice from the Attorney General, I will be in a better position to determine next steps.

It is important that any actions we take are done with full knowledge and in line with fair procedures, due process and natural justice. We do not want any action taken that would further exacerbate the situation.
