Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills if his Department has put in place a student accommodation strategy as outlined in Rebuilding Ireland; the date on which this strategy will be published; the actions that will be undertaken to alleviate the student accommodation crisis in Autumn 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
