750. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Health his plans to bring the Public Health (Alcohol) Bill back to the Houses of Oireachtas for completion. [34139/17]

Minister of State at the Department of Health

The Public Health (Alcohol) Bill is in the Programme for a Partnership Government. While it is not going to be possible to reintroduce the Bill before the recess, it is intended that it is passed through both the Dáil and Seanad in the next session of the Oireachtas.
