Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Health the number of the 34 posts in the National Forensic Mental Health Service which are required to meet more secure therapeutic environments for those persons who meet the criteria for section 21(2) of the Mental Health Act 2001 that have been filled; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
