Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary question No. 197 of 10 May 2017, the reason for the delay in finalising this matter; if he will expedite same to ensure that persons in south Tipperary are no longer discriminated against; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
