Deputy Imelda Munster asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the basic material difference in comparing the functional standard of the physical rail line between Rosslare and Waterford and an equivalent stretch of average, standard operating line on the Waterford to Limerick side in particular with reference to maximum or optimal speed possible.
