Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health his views on the lack of tissue viability nurses allocated to the north Dublin area which is causing significant backlog of outpatients awaiting appointments in the area in view of the fact that no extra cover is provided to cover holidays and so on; and his plans to address the shortage of skilled personnel [34895/17]
