Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health the number of deceased donors in each of the past five years and to date in 2017; the number of organs retrieved in that time; the donor rate here; the number of persons on organ transplant waiting lists; the number of persons who have died while waiting on the transplant list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
