Donnelly asked the Minister for Finance if his Department has conducted an analysis of the additional costs for businesses here, including the cost of the tariffs, administration costs and commercial costs in terms of freight delays and so on, in the event of the UK leaving the customs union; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
