View answerThe person concerned applied for a grant under the Dairy Equipment Scheme of TAMS II. Equipment was purchased prior to approval being issued in contravention of the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme.
The position has been reviewed in the local office and the original decision has been upheld. The person named has been advised of their right to appeal this decision to the Agriculture Appeals Office.
