Under the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 the regulation of Public Service Obligation (PSO) fares and subvention of PSO operators are matters for the National Transport Authority (NTA) and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. The Deputy might advise my private office if he does not receive a response within ten working days.
