Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the number of cases undertaken by the Residential Tenancies Board, RTB, in each of the years 2014, 2015 and 2016; the number of those cases resolved by mediation; the number resolved by tribunals; the number of enforcement actions; the number of cases which were referred to the courts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
