View answerMs. Kennedy’s FIS claim is due to expire on 11th October 2017. A FIS renewal form was issued to Ms. Kennedy on 3rd August 2017 but has not yet been returned. Another FIS Renewal form issued to Ms. Kennedy today 10th October 2017.
On receipt of the FIS Renewal form Ms. Kennedy’s entitlement to FIS will be decided.
