Deputy Seamus Healy asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the status of the appointment of members to fill the vacancies on the council of Gaisce, the President’s award, in view of the fact that the original advertisement stated that three of the seven vacant positions were only until February 2018; if this is still the case in view of the fact that the positions are still vacant; if all positions will be for a three-year term; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
