1066. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if all sections of the Harbours Act 2015 are commenced; if not, when the remaining sections will be commenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46960/17]

The Harbours Act 2015 was signed by the President on 25 December 2015. All sections of the Act were commenced on the day it was signed.
