Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the person responsible for the review of the wrongful accusation of abuse against a person (details supplied) was provided with a set of files that was incomplete and lacked crucial documents; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The issue referred to by the Deputy is part of the evidence that was heard at the Disclosures Tribunal of Inquiry, which is chaired by the Hon. Mr. Justice Peter Charleton. It would not be appropriate for me to comment further while these matters are being examined under its terms of reference.
