Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the contracts his Department or bodies under the aegis of his Department have with a company (details supplied) or its subsidiaries; the value of the contracts; the year in which the contracts were concluded; when the contracts will be up for renewal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Four state bodies fall under the remit of my Department, Pobal, Irish Water Safety, the Western Development Commission and the Charities Regulatory Authority.  

Neither my Department nor any of the bodies under its aegis have used the services of the company concerned or any of its subsidiaries
