Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if the Secretary General of his Department and-or any of the officials in his Department have provided information to the tribunal or engaged with it in any way following on from the request for information from Mr. Justice Charleton as part of the disclosures tribunal; if not, the reason therefor; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has cooperated fully with the Disclosures Tribunal since its establishment. In that regard, I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has provided documents to the Tribunal in connection with its work.
