368. Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Minister for Health his views on the continued lack of a rehabilitation unit for persons with a neurological disability in the south of the country despite the recommendations from numerous reports; and his further views on the status of the most recent report commissioned by the South-South West Hospital Group for the planning of such a unit which is now more than a year overdue.
