Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if a reply will issue to concerns raised by a person (details supplied) in relation to the retention of both the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra as separate entities; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My colleague the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and the Environment has the statutory remit for broadcasting including RTÉ. My Department has no role in relation to RTÉ.
