Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Skills if the independent appeals scrutineers have dealt with all of the appeals received in respect of leaving certificate points achieved in 2017; the criteria used for such appeals; the way in which the criteria were set; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
