I propose to take Questions Nos. 471 and 472 together.

The Department of Rural and Community Development was established in July 2017 and since then has received a total of ten Freedom of Information requests, four of which are currently being dealt with by officials in my Department.

The remaining six requests were all considered and completed within 20 working days of receipt of the request, no extensions were granted. Two of these requests were subsequently withdrawn. Regarding the remaining four requests, one was granted in full, two were partially granted and one request was refused.

Please see table.
