235. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the process by which land at a location (details supplied) was advertised and sold; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [52633/17]
View answerI understand that the land to which the Deputy refers is currently under negotiation between IDA Ireland and an interested party that would use the property for industrial activity. The proposed sale of the property is entirely in line with the Agency's statutory obligations.
