Broughan asked the Minister for Health the number of transgender persons on waiting lists for hormone replacement therapy, HRT, that have been waiting for zero to three months, three to six months, six to nine months, nine to 12 months, 12 to 15 months, 15 to 18 months and more than 18 months, by county; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
