Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Education and Skills his views on whether the funding of the Meitheal programme and the Ember programme by the Education and Training Boards is an endowment of religion in view of the fact that these youth leadership programmes are for students of one particular faith (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
