Deputy Niall Collins asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the contracts his Department or agencies under his remit has with a company (details supplied); the status of these contracts; the contingency plans that may now be required; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that neither the Department of Defence nor the Defence Forces have contracts with the company referred to by the Deputy.
