Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the contracts his Department or agencies under his remit has with a company (details supplied); the status of these contracts; the contingency plans that may now be required; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI can confirm that my officials have reviewed the financial records of the Department of Justice and Equality Vote since 2012 to date and I have been advised that no contracts have been awarded to the company in question.
I have requested that the relevant bodies and agencies under the remit of my Department contact the Deputy directly in the event that any such contracts exist within their specific areas of responsibility.
