Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the contracts his Department or agencies under his remit has with a company (details supplied); the status of these contracts; the contingency plans that may now be required; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Rural and Community Development

Four state bodies fall under the remit of my Department, Pobal, Irish Water Safety, the Western Development Commission and the Charities Regulatory Authority.

Neither my Department or any of the above agencies have any contracts with the company in question.
