Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the contracts her Department or agencies under her remit has with a company (details supplied); the status of these contracts; the contingency plans that may now be required; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection

The statutory bodies operating under the aegis of my Department are the Citizens Information Board, the Low Pay Commission, the Pensions Authority, the Pensions Council and the Social Welfare Tribunal.

Neither my Department nor any of the statutory bodies under the aegis of my Department have contracts with the company in question.
