View answerMy Department does not keep data on the length of time refurbished units of local authority accommodation are vacant. It is a matter for each local authority to determine priorities for inclusion in programmes, having regard to the terms governing the schemes involved. Details on the number of void units brought back into use in 2017 are set out in the following table.
