View answerIn July 2017 the Stage 2b (Detailed Design) was approved, pending the completion of the process to carry out a shortlisting of suitably qualified building contractors and sub-contractors. The Prequalification process to select the shortlist of contractors is nearing completion. Once completed the Department will be issuing an authorisation for this project to proceed to tender stage.
