An application in respect of the 2016 Basic Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 9 April 2016. This application was processed and payment issued on 17 October and 1 December 2016. Subsequently, following an Organics Inspection an over claim was identified which will result in an overpayment for 2016. The Department has been in direct contact with the person named and has clarified the position.
The 2016 OFS balancing payment for the person named will be processed for payment this week.
In relation to GLAS, the above named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1 October 2015. The applicant has received all payments in respect of scheme years 2015 and 2016.
Administrative checks involving a number of sections within the Department take place on all GLAS claims. All cases must clear these checks before payment can issue. Department officials are working proactively to complete the checks required and once this case clears validations the 2017 advance payment will be made.
