397. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Health the waiting times for persons to receive counselling in primary care centres in CHO area 9; the number of persons who received counselling in CHO area 9 in 2016, 2017 and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
