Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the newspapers his Department officials have engaged with in relation to promoting or explaining Government business in his Department; when these meetings took place; if they are held on a regular basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Staff from my Department's Press and Communications Office respond on a daily basis to media queries and brief journalists from all media organisations, including newspapers, with regard to government business undertaken in my Department.
