461. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Skills the likely impact on a construction project (details supplied) following the appointment of an examiner to a group; if the completion date will be met; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16418/18]

The building project to which the Deputy refers is continuing to progress to schedule.  My Department and the local ETB, to whom the project has been devolved for delivery, are closely monitoring the project in the context of the main contractor having recently entering examinership.
