962. Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 312 of 5 December 2017, the reason it took his Department from 27 November 2017 until 5 March 2018 to provide a reply to same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16382/18]
