Deputy Bríd Smith asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the refusal by the management at Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross to accept a protected disclosure from members of its staff; the obligations on employers under this legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
