View answerMy Department has in place a Youth Capital Working Group. The Group comprises youth officers representing the sixteen Education and Training Boards and officials from my Department. This Group was responsible for the design of the Local Youth Club Equipment Scheme in 2017 and the Youth Capital Funding Scheme 2018, which was formally launched earlier this month. It is my intention that the Group will make recommendations on future capital schemes, should monies be made available.
