152. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health his views on reports in respect of the Farrelly commission that some families at the centre of the scandal are threatening to withdraw their co-operation in view of the adversarial approach being adopted by the commission. [22857/18]

The Commission of Investigation (certain matters relevant to a disability service in the South East and related matters), the Farrelly Commission, is an independent statutory Commission of Investigation established by the Government in March 2017. It would be inappropriate for me to comment on this issue.
