Deputy Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the legal fees incurred to date by the Office of the Information Commissioner in respect of the proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal further to the judgment of the Court of Appeal in a case (details supplied). I am advised that the Office of the Information Commissioner has incurred legal fees of €110,014 to date in respect of the proceedings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal in relation to the case in question.
