Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government his plans to review electoral law (details supplied) to make it easier for Irish citizens living abroad or abroad on holidays to participate in future elections by availing of a postal vote; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
